Customer's reviews
Alex was great. Came out exactly on time and replaced the icemaker promptly. It turned out that the replacement piece he installed leaked just as had the one he replaced. I called him right away and told him the problem. He reordered the part immediately (he explained it wasn’t currently in stock at the local whse) and came back as soon as the part came in, about 2 days later. No charge, as I expected. The new icemaker works perfectly!
I highly recommend that you call Alex, Appliance Care of Houston. He is really, really good at his job and a great guy as well. He worked on my fridge, but he repairs all types of appliances.

I had a great experience with Appliance Care of Houston. Alex came out to inspect my LG refrigerator and, after a thorough evaluation, honestly told me there was nothing wrong with the appliance. He explained that the issue may have been caused by the door being left open, which led to some defrosting.
What impressed me most was his professionalism and integrity. Rather than trying to sell me an unnecessary repair, he was upfront and honest. He even took the time to fix the refrigerator door handles without being asked. It’s refreshing to find a company that is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and focused on helping the customer. I highly recommend Appliance Care of Houston and especially Alex for reliable appliance service.

Alex was fantastic! Had a new washer and dryer installed a couple of weeks ago and the installers did a lousy job, actually installed them backwards and didn’t even connect the steam function on the dryer so I didn’t want them back. Called Appliance Care and Alex came the next day. We needed a new gas line to move the dryer to the proper position. Got the line and Alex came the next day, a Sunday, and got everything hooked up properly, leveled the machines and made sure everything was working properly. The service was excellent and the price extremely reasonable. My new “go to” for any work. Thank you
