Alex was great. Came out exactly on time and replaced the icemaker promptly. It turned out that the replacement piece he installed leaked just as had the one he replaced. I called him right away and told him the problem. He reordered the part immediately (he explained it wasn’t currently in stock at the local whse) and came back as soon as the part came in, about 2 days later. No charge, as I expected. The new icemaker works perfectly! I highly recommend that you call Alex, Appliance Care of Houston. He is really, really good at his job and a great guy as well. He worked on my fridge, but he repairs all types of appliances. ~ Nancy C

Called them at 10:32 pm to leave a message. Surprisingly a woman answered and set up a next day repair. Alex came and repaired my LG washers drain pump. Awesome service and Alex was very friendly! Will definitely use again! Used them again January 12th 2026 for another repair on a valve in same washer and Alex was prompt arriving right at the scheduled time! This company goes out of their way to help you with all of you Appliances! Doesn't matter what time of day Alex is always there to save the day!! I have 2 little one's and my control boards have went out in my washer, fridge and multiple appliances in my house. This company is who you want to be apart of to help you with your Appliance needs!! I called at 9pm after seeing they were open till 10pm just hoping to schedule an appointment for the following day. Alex decided to show up same night I called at around 10:30 and immediately got to work. Alex was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Unfortunately our fridge had many other issues and was too far gone and was unable to be repaired. Giving a 5 star review for the amazing service being that it was so late in the night. I reached out to Appliance Care Houston to go to my mother’s house to inspect the electric she has because it was not working. Alex was the technician that went to complete the inspection of my mother’s electric range and was very patient well mannered and most important he was on time. Alex completed the inspection of the electric range. He was able to email me the estimate immediately after his inspection, I HIGHLY recommend Appliance Care Houston, they were absolutely AWESOME!!!!!! ~ Mariaelena J

Alex was very efficient and courteous. He came as soon as the parts came in. Spent several hours dismantling the fridge. It was very expensive but the Dacor fridge is very expensive and to fix the condenser and coil costs alot. We unfortunately didnt purchase the fridge, which was only 6 years old so Dacor wouldn't honor the 10 year warranty. Thank you Appliance Care for taking such good care of us!! ~ Bonnie W

My refrigerator/ freezer stopped working so I called Appliance Care of Houston. Alex came out the same day, showed up on time, and was able to figure out the problem in 10 minutes. He found a replacement part and got my fridge working again quickly, all at a very reasonable price. Was having problems with my dryer seal, and contacted the company to tend to it. Alex came out and assisted. A few days later I ran into another problem and he didn't hesitate to return, which I really appreciated without me having to ask him. He was honest about everything and did everything he could. My oven went on me on a Saturday night as I was cooking. I called Appliance Care of Houston on Sunday morning around 8:45am and Alex was at my door by noon. Alexey knew exactly how to efficiently fix the problem of the ice freezing under the deli tray of my Samsung refrigerator. Thank goodness all it needed was a hour of maintenance cleaning. Called Appliance Care of Houston and described my issue with a KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer. The freezer was working but the refrigerator and the ice maker were not. The technician quickly identified the problem and had to order a part. The next day the part was installed and the refrigerator is operating perfectly. ~ David R

Outstanding! Our clothes dryer had been down a week. Appliance Care disassembled the unit, replaced needed parts and cleaned the inside of the dryer. Within an hour and a half, the dryer was working and had hotter output than previously. I would recommend these folks for your appliance repairs, for sure. ~ Tom D

Alex was extremely knowledgeable, professional & most importantly HONEST. He came in took my dryer apart inspected and immediately found the issue. The $75 diagnostic turned into $100 because he had to take apart the motor. That's fine. My appt was set between 4-6pm he arrived at 4:45pm. Will definitely Recommend. The gentleman that fixed my stove was very professional, and kind. He explained the reason the stove no longer worked hot enough.
