I reached out to Appliance Care Houston to go to my mother’s house to inspect the electric she has because it was not working. Alex was the technician that went to complete the inspection of my mother’s electric range and was very patient well mannered and most important he was on time. Alex completed the inspection of the electric range. He was able to email me the estimate immediately after his inspection, I HIGHLY recommend Appliance Care Houston, they were absolutely AWESOME!!!!!!

Alex was very efficient and courteous. He came as soon as the parts came in. Spent several hours dismantling the fridge. It was very expensive but the Dacor fridge is very expensive and to fix the condenser and coil costs alot. We unfortunately didnt purchase the fridge, which was only 6 years old so Dacor wouldn't honor the 10 year warranty. Thank you Appliance Care for taking such good care of us!!

Alex was extremely knowledgeable, professional & most importantly HONEST. He came in took my dryer apart inspected and immediately found the issue. The $75 diagnostic turned into $100 because he had to take apart the motor. That's fine. My appt was set between 4-6pm he arrived at 4:45pm.

The gentleman that fixed my stove was very professional, and kind. He explained the reason the stove no longer worked hot enough. He explained that he would have to order parts and would be returned soon. He did come back to my home and fixed my oven quickly.
